Great strategy game

It takes some getting used to but is enjoyable. The games can be long, which is nice for long flights/trains/car rides etc. I would recommend this game to others whom enjoy turn-based strategy games.

Great for $20

If you are fan of civ series this game will fit the bill. I believe game works better on p.c. due to interface. Graphics decent . Gameplay decent . Can't go wrong for $20. Wouldn't pay $49.99 or more .

Portable Civ? Yes Please.

The game does tend to slow up toward the end on larger maps/games. The controls are also wildly different (duh) if you are used to playing on PC and take a while to get used to.

Great port of the PC/Steam version
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Aside from the lower resolutions (although it still looks great) on a standard HDTV and the lack of hot seat or online multiplayer (both of which I sincerely hope Firaxis/2K will implement at some point if it's at all technically feasible), this is a 1-for-1 direct port of the base game and several early DLC packs. Hopefully PC expansions like Rise & Fall and Gathering Storm will make their way to the Switch version as well.
