It does a good job in handling the topics it tackles. The combat is pretty good in my opinion, just requires some patience as the game punishes hard with mashing and wiffs. i was able to beat the game on lost in the fog once. I also think the combat being more "rough" adds to the horror element. Overall, an immersive and unique game.
