Simple Mobile Moxie hotspot.

I tried to activate by calling the company customer service and was told the product was outdated and couldn't be activated. I was told there was a change in technologies frome their former T-Mobile service provider to Verizon and the technologies are different. I now have a device I cannot use and airtime cannot use either!!!
