Q: How this work please?is that a SIM card ?can use the phone to share it or how it does work?

A: The SimpleMobile Moxee Hotspot device comes with its own SIM card. Once you activate it, it will generate a WiFi signal. You can then use your tablet, phone or laptop/desktop to connect to its WiFi signal.

Q: I want to use while on vacation. Can I refill the card only when I need to use the hotspot while traveling or do I have to continue to load every month.

A: When you buy the card, it's good for a 30 days or whenever you use up all the data, whichever comes first. You don't need to reload if you don't use the plan. I just recently reloaded the card, it cost a little more than the original $35.

Q: How many megabits per second is the first 50 gigs?

A: Don’t know an exact speed but had clocked over 20-30mgs, but that’s only the first 40, after that it goes off, no slow down speed just nothing.

Q: Does this work with Simple Mobile - Moxee 4G No-Contract Mobile Hotspot - Black? If so how does it work?

A: Yes that's what I use mines on just call in or set up account and add code to account turn item off and back on and new service is added. The number is on the little red card that came with your hotspot device.

Q: So if I only use 10GB for the month... Will i still have access to the other 30GB after the month is up??

A: If you purchase a 10 GB card before the end of the month, then the other 30 will roll over. However if not it will disappear.

Q: Can I use this card in my Nighthawk hotspot?

A: No you can't use this with the Nighthawk. I just bought this thinking it would because it doesn't say ANYWHERE IN DETAILS that you can't. After an hour of trying to get it to work, I finally called SimpleMobile and they told me it can't be used with any other hotspot but theirs. Lame!!

Q: on this mobile hotspot card for 34.99 about how many minutes is this good for

A: Last about a month.

Q: I have a smartphone S20 Ultra 5G, can I use this for my phone hotspot data or do I have to purchase an actual hotspot device?

A: When we purchased the device, this data "plan" is what could be used with the device only. There is a separate prepurchase card for phone minutes and data. We purchased the device and data because we can't use our phones as a hotspot with our plan.
