No complaints about the product. At the end of the day you know you're purchasing a great phone.

Before I bought this I called Simple Mobile to confirm that I could buy this and unlock it to use on a different network. Spoke with customer service who said no problem! When I called to unlock it customer service transferred me to the Unlocking Department who said I have to use it on their network for a year first. When I said, that’s not what you said before, they knew immediately that I had gotten the info from the customer service department. I was scolded and told that I should have spoken with the Unlocking Department because the customer service department doesn’t know that. I’m outside the return window so now I have a phone that I can’t use. Rather, Simple Mobiles plans are so much more than the competition that it’s cheaper for me to just junk the phone and buy a different one than to use their service for a year. Thanks Simple Mobile!

The phone works with simple mobile carrier only. It does not support T-mobile(I tried - says sim not supported)

Works as expected. The unit says it is locked to Simple Mobile. It is actually locked to Straight talk USA

Ok, so needed an extra phone and didn’t want to spend a ton. Have had iPhones for years now and spoiled with the last 2 being 6+ and 7+ with their huge screens. This one has great apple functionality, but so hard to type on it having been used to the larger screen. Really would only recommend this to a small (very small) child with tiny hands - but why would you get that young of a child a phone?

Long story short I bought this phone since the sales associate mentioned that this phone would work under T Mobile network. To my surprise, simple mobile uses T Mobile network but under different SIM card. I contacted simple mobile and their customer service is really bad. They treat you like you stole something from them.

Good product. The color is really pretty and the price is decent.
