Their customer service is horrid, I ordered this plan with free phones $54.88 later and I've received nothing but a hassle, I can't get a refund OR a tracking number. They put me through to 5 different people telling me 5 different things. I was told that the order # I was given by email FROM Simple Mobile doesn't work.... Nothing but trouble they may be cheap but u get or don't get what you pay for.

After buying 2 from bestbuy and one straight from simple mobile. I get one, from simple mobile, phone with a Verizon SIM card. Almost 3 hrs on mostly hold to be told simple mobile customer service can’t help me. Couldn’t return the one from simple mobile but bestbuy is great. Simple mobile is not so great.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This review is for Simple Mobile with iPhone. iPhone 5 itself is fine; however it is the Simple Mobile service that is disappointing. You need to have 12 months of their service before you can unlock this phone and switch to a different carrier. But if you look at the phone specifications, it says "NO CONTRACTS". That is a lie!
