I asked a sales person to help me activate my new phone. She said just insert a sim, and follow instructions to activate. She said it's very easy. Yes it was easy to insert it. I tried to activate the phone as instructed. Could not. Called customer service, they tried to activate over the phone. They could not activate it. They said they will fix the problem within 24~48 hours. It's been 2 weeks past. They couldn't activate my phone. SO I went to AT&T today. AT&T activated my phone in less than 10 minutes. YES, less than 10 minutes with no activation free or their sim chip. Thanks AT&T. I hope Best Buy returns money back for Simple Mobile's SIM kit and $50 prepaid card. .
