Used it for a guest visiting US as tourist. Coverage was good. All inclusive package including talk and text and data. Price was great.

I was looking for a service with an AT&T or T-Mobile backend (Simple uses T-Mobile) that offered iPhone Wifi calling and mobile hotspot data. Simple offered all of this at a great price. Also supports Visual Voicemail on the iPhone. Coverage has been great in my area. It was easy to port over a number, which completed within an hour.

Great start up price for a sim kit easy to use quick easy setup

I bought it for my nephew who is a teenager, so far so good, no complains yet!

I purchased two, one for me and one for my husband. I got a new number which was fine, set up my phone and it was working fine. My husband wanted to keep his number so I chatted with customer service explaining the situation. Without reading my message, the person cancelled my phone and put my husbands phone with my new number. I said that's not what I wanted and he said sorry they would have to send us two new SIM cards because he then invalidated both. I called customer service and nobody apologized, they talked down to me the entire time, and apparently every representative is a supervisor because if you ask for one they just tell you they are already a supervisor. I talked to four different people and no one would fix THEIR mistake or even try to help me. I've worked in customer service for years, so I really try to be kind and respectful when talking to reps, but this company is terrible. We will just stick with T-Mobile. I cannot stress this enough, go with a different company.

Not satisfied with coverage and so I cancelled within two days. Customer service chat said they have 30 day refund policy. Even though I can still log in the account only 7-days in (well within 30 day window) and I have the bank cleared payment receipt, simple mobile phone customer service claims that a payment does not show. So, unfortunately I had to ask my bank to dispute the charge.

So far the sim card has been working good. I am able to get my phone calls.

One star is a little generous actually. When I purchased this plan, there weren't any reviews on it yet. I just had to go by what was said and trust it. At the time I was on a tight budget and thought that I would give it a shot. I purchased the SIM card kit and a monthly plan along with a perfectly good (new) unlocked phone. The SIM kit says it is compatible with just about any unlocked phone. I tried it with 3 different phones. None of them worked, even though the boxes and various websites stated that they would work together perfectly. After hours, even days (I got tired and hanged up and tried again the next day), of dealing with customer service, I got no where. Best Buy was very concerned and willing to help, but at a certain point they told me that they couldn't think of anything else to do and referred me to Simple Mobile's 1-800 number. They were not friendly by any means. Needless to say, I am now with Straight Talk.

I purchased this online and picked it up today. (At the Warwick RI store)As soon as I got home to open the package so I can call customer service and I can get my number transferred to the new SIM card, I noticed that the package was already open and one of the SIM cards was missing. And out of the two that were missing, was the one that my phone actually needed. Drive nearly twenty miles combined for this.

Card pin is invalid! Best Buy claims they activated it, Simple Mobile claims it is not active. End result, I've now spent 8 days going back and forth between between Best Buy and Simple Mobile. Bought this card as a promotion with a BLU phone but the card is invalid. Do not waste your time and money if you are simply trying to transfer your existing number like I was!
