Its ok. Not bad for $100. Only problem that frustrates me is, I have to restart phone for the Wi-Fi internet to work

Great prepaid phone. Service was also good & son really enjoyed it for his 1st phone.

If you do not need all the functions of a $600 pus phone this one works.

The phone is a gift so I haven't heard from them yet, the t.v. bracket worked, but some screws are hard to screw in to other mounting bracket which other screws no problem, now I have loose bracket but yet too use a power drill to tighten. Other than that the product is good & useful.

I thought the phone is unlocked, it can not be used with any network except the sim card it comes with.

This phone data does not work. I cannot go on the internet outside the home the phone only works with wifi.

Not bad if unlocked so better. Nice cell phone. Look like new but I don’t now.

1. Speed of the phone is good but could be better. 2. Fast typing keyboard is a plus. 3. Gaming is good no hick up so far. 4. Sound is good. 5. Unfortunately I am use to Samsung being the best producers of great cameras on their product...this phone's camera is unpleasant at night...too many large pixals. In the day is when you should take pics. Video recorder is no better...if you choose to film at night, it would be best to have great lighting,set for filming night scenes. So on a scale of 1 to 10, I give this phone a 8 and half rating. Because the screen is vibrate, it has Nogout, and the speed of the phone isn't bad at all. It's to be expected for a low budget phone. I just wish the camera was better than what it is now. P.s: I received this phone yesterday 08/04/2017...will give an updated review next week...once I have used it more.

Ive had my Samsung Galaxy J3 Luna Pro for about a year now and I love it. I haven't had any issues with it what so ever. The storage space is perfect, which is usually a huge problem for me. It runs great, the picture quality is great. One of the top phones I've ever owned. It's a great quality prepaid phone. An overall great buy. I highly recommend this phone for anyone. The price is even great.

Bought this phone hoping to use it to watch netflix and to do some basic facebook things. Once I activated it, I found that the image and video quality is very weak. 720p looks like 480p or less. The screen rotation takes a long time and the screen freezes frequently. A total waste of money. Thought about taking it Best Buy but I found out that they charge a 35$ re-whatever fee to if the device is returned...Really?Apparently, Best Buy thinks I have to pay them some money to get my money back for a device that does not work...Nonsense!

The phone was good when first purchased but over the years it has gotten slower, It also has never been able to do a software update which has confused me for the longest time. For my first phone, it did work though.

I have had this phone for 6 months now and the only issue that annoys me is the WiFi keeps disconnecting and it uses my data up, the 1 year package for $99 is nice, but that 1GB of data goes quickly if you always leave it on, it did for me after 5 months I had to by 1GB for $10 which is really cheap, alot better then paying $43 a month for my old cell phone.
