Flexible system at a great price. Very easy to add extra sensors.

I love this system. It was a breeze to install and have had no issues with it. Give my wife peace of mind with a new baby sleeping on the other side of the house. If you're looking to add a high quality security system to your home without breaking the bank or getting into a long-term contract, SimpliSafe is the product for you.

Very slick system. Setup was surprisingly simple. The hardest part was unpacking all the pieces. My only knock on this is that this bundle isn't the best for an apartment. Most would only use 2 entry sensors.

Easy set up and practical monitoring plans. Overall ease of use. I’m very satisfied. I did have to replace a smoke detector after about a week. It was very sensitive and should not have been alarming based on the location where I mounted it.

Love Simply Safe. Only complaint is the motion sensor as they often set off false alarms. I do not use them but have door sensors, glass breakage, 3 cameras, and water alarm. I also have a door bell, but it needs further work to be able to connect with my router.

First security system I’ve ever used and 10/10 recommend. The process to set up and monitor really is simple. Sensor are quick to respond and I feel the value is great. Got it as the deal of the day for an awesome price.

We are so happy with our SimpliSafe Home Security System. We feel comfortable at home and away from home knowing we are protected. The price was great and the service is reasonably priced. I no longer have to pay for steadily increasing home protection service because we own one.

Easy to set up and looks much better than the last version!

Easy installation. In built alarm in the base station is loud and is backed up by an emergency battery in case of a power failure. The fact that you cannot use any of the remote features via the app without paying for a monthly plan is a huge disappointment!

I have been using this system now for about 3 months and have been pleased with the way it works. Purchased this to replace an antiquated wired system that was installed when the house was built in 87. Simplisafe added smart assistant integration for Echo and google assistant, so you can arm the system with your voice. You cannot currently disarm the system via your voice, you must use the phone app or the physical keypad that is included with the alarm package. The app is easy to use and allows you to arm/disarm the system, view any cameras you have added, and view any system notification messages. The only reason I am docking a star is because I hope they expand their security camera options. They currently only offer a indoor security camera (which is OK, but lacks the resolution and features of some of the NEST and Ring products) and their newly released door bell. An outdoor security camera that would integrate in would make the system pretty much perfect for just about anyone in my opinion.

So I really was excited to buy this system. I saw all the great reviews online and saw all the smart features, like the app and being able to control it with Alexa. It was a breeze to set up as well. However, they try to preach that you can use this without a contract, however, if you do that, then you won't have access to any of those additional features. You have to pay $25/month to be able to control the system with your phone and get the push notifications. I didn't expect to have to sign up for monitoring for what I though were basic WIFI features. That seems steep for a system that is almost $300 out of the box. I'd honestly not recommend this despite liking the product itself. The wifi features and phone app should be included on the non-monitoring plan, like many other (cheaper) security systems.

After looking at various home security options, decided to give SimpliSafe a try. I liked the facts that everything is customizable and you don’t have to sign a contract for monitoring. Was able to install and configure myself in a few minutes. Tested and seems working fine so far. Will try to add a few more sensors soon.

This system is easy to install and easy to use. It took less than 10 minutes to get it up and running. Monthly fees, if you want dispatcher support, is very affordable as well. The two obvious issues with the system are the lack of outdoor cameras and the lack of support for open protocols.

Installation we very easy. Took about 2 hours for roughly 15 doors and windows. Accidentally triggered the alarm a couple of times. The siren isn't very loud. Considering adding the secondary alarm unit; but that's minor. Saving $30/month using this instead of ADT. :)

Needed a system that allowed us to call medics from a panic button, and compared to the Nest Secure Alarm this was the option that checked off everything. The ease of setup was amazing, the app is easy to navigate and it’s reputation made it even easier to pick as our security system of choice.
