This was a great purchase! The installation took minutes, very easy to follow the included instructions. I love how it notifies you when a door is open even with system off, now the kids can’t sneak into the garage.

I recently upgraded from my original SimpliSafe setup. I have really enjoyed the ease of setup and use of the service so far.

Like the system and customer support is good. I have a car that keeps setting off motion sensor, so I have to rely on door/window with glass breakage. Feel better with panic buttons.

Great price and works well. I have a bunch of these items. They do what they are supposed to do. I wish you could set the alarm from your phone. That would be perfect.

This system is easy and simple to use. I love that we are able to slowly build our system over time. The only negative is that the door sensor does t always stay stuck.

Easy to set up with the exception of connecting to Wi-Fi. I had to shut my router down and bring it back up before it would connect.

Over all every was easy set up key fobs are a must that way you can easily turn on and off the support was done by email with timely response overall very easy set up i suggested my daughter and son in law to get one

While it’s true that it’s simple to install and that you don’t need a contract to use the system, you do need to activate a subscription to access the alarm system remotely. That’s not how it was sold and really behind the other vendors like ring and blink. If I want recording, sure, make me buy a subscription but if I want to disarm the alarm remotely, I should be able to without paying. I can do that with with most smart products... this is still lacking and if I would have known, would not have purchased.

This is my second purchase I bought this for my daughter’s apartment since the one in my home works so well

Installed in 20 minutes. Consider buying better mounting tape for the entry sensors. The camera will not stay online. Will try to “reboot” and reconnect as suggested on line

I bought this for my elderly parents. They love it. So easy for them to use. Now they don’t worry about people in the alley behind their house because they have a deterrent

This is a great security system. Really easy to install and when we had a problem with the base station, simply safe sent us a new one right away. They’re great and I feel safer in my home now.

Great system, easy installation, and simple to use. Did have an issue with placement of one of the motion detectors but it was due to surface of wall.

Have never had an issue. I am quite surprised too as I have seen certain people have different issues online. I highly recommend this based on my own experience. Please do research first

Just bought a house and was looking for something to easily setup. This system is as easy as it gets. Setup doorbell, door locks and entry sensors with ease.
