This is an amazing home security system i would recommend it to anyone and the price is perfect for its job

Easy to setup. Great look with your home. Not paying $40 -$60 a mo. is a big plus. Also you can always add to the system. I gave it a 4 star because the system doesn’t say each room out loud. Meaning, if u open the front door. It doesn’t say front door. There’s a chime that goes off. Hopefully that will change in the near future. Another thing, the system doesn’t give you an app to use with the $14.99 package. You need to get the next package which is $24.99 so you can excess to the app. I think the app should come regardless. Overall great product.

East set up. The sensors fit much better than the Ring sensors. The only issue is to use the app you have to pay for the monitoring

I enjoyed how easy it was to install and took minimal effort. One downside is one of the door breaks was having issue sticking to glass.

If you are an investor, then this is the perfect product for you. There are 2 levels of subscription and I got the higher level at a monthly rate of $25. This subscription allows me to control the device on my phone in the app when I am not at the property. The good thing about this monitor is that it has a built in cellular/wifi system. So even if your property doesnt have wifi it will connect via cellular and connect with the SIMPLISAFE monitoring system. If alarm is activated, the monitoring system will call your phone. Perfect for my situation

I was sceptical until I witnessed live at a colleague’s house. Bought my system the next day and was up and running in less than 30 minutes. Really pleased with the system and its features, especially the ability to fine tune the sensor sensitivity. This is an important feature are the high sensitivity was getting triggered by my car. Some monthly subscriptions are required for certain features however no contract, cancel when you want. Overall, very pleased and I plan to buy more sensors.

This is my second system purchased. I have found these systems to be reliable and easy to set up. There are plenty of add on components such as freeze sensor, fire/smoke detectors, separate siren, glass breakage detectors, etc. Monitoring is 24.99 per month; I have had a few triggers that I set off and the center immediately responded. The base unit has a battery backup. If internet is out the system will still contact monitoring facility if alarm is triggered. You can add an extra keypad without issue. The components have a clean, white modern look.

An easy and affordable home security system for the DIY crowd. The ability to easily expand the system and it’s portability are Major pluses.

This system is so easy to install and well priced. I love the APP option since this can be used to set alarm on and off before entering the house.
