Had it for about 3 weeks before I returned it. Window sensors feel off few times had to change 2-way tape that comes with it. The motion sensor fell down when on vacation and no alerts when it fell down also one-time alarm went off during night time and alarm said window sensor but the sensor was fine.

So easy to set up! I was seriously skeptical at first on the install but it is so easy to install and manage with the free app.

Love the SimpliSafe Home security system. Easy to use and set up! Only took a few mins.

This was a very easy set up for a home security system. This will make wired systems ( for those of us non-professionals ) obsolete.

Very simple setup and great customer service. Easy add-ons can be purchased as well to expand coverage for water or fire.

Easy install. The 2 sided tape it comes with in not the best, but that's ok because it comes with screws as well. Great system.

I tripped the motion sensor and the cops were here right away. Seems to do what it says at a good price.

I have 2 other alarm systems. The systems for monitoring are expensive. I decided to swap one out with SimpliSafe. I called them first because there old system had poor range and was smash and grab. I was told the sensors have a range of 800 feet from the base station in any direction and the system is no longer a smash and grab system. Great, I bought it. The sensors have a range of about 75 feet. So there goes one door from getting covered. I emailed tech support. The 2nd day another sensor went offline. Messed with it, swapped the battery, it will work then quit. That one is about 15 feet from the base station. Sent another email to tech support. 30 hours later still have not heard anything. Called, sat on hold, left a voice message and another email. Now if I didn't have additional alarm systems those areas would be unprotected. I don't care how easy it is to setup and how cheap the monitoring is, it wont do any good if sensors are down which is also why I have 2 different systems. In all these years of having alarm systems I only had one sensor that went down and tech support was fast and responsive. SimpliSafe is quick to answer the phone to sell and flood you with emails for selling but slow to support their product. If I get an answer from support I will update this post but still be cautious of the lack of support. Maybe other people has had better luck and that is great.

Easy setup, easy operation, cheap as hell for the service. Not much else to say other than you need to buy one.
