I ended up very disappointed. I started setting everything up and I did not even get passed the part where they forced you to put a CC on file, I thought that there was a non subscription option where it would send all alerts to your phone and then you can contact the police if needed. This is incorrect. The app requires you to put a CC on file for you to get to the initial setup, very disappointing. Everything was packed well and installation was labeled correctly and easy to understand. I did not even set anything up because I specifically wanted a solution that did not require a monthly fee, if you are okay with that monthly fee this is still a fantastic option. But if not, maybe look elsewhere.
