Omg! If you need an alarm system , this is it. No wiring. And comes with door bell , cameras , window, key fobs , panic button , fire , Carbon , Water ... complete coverage available.

Product is okay but Simplisafe website gives a free camera for this package but BestBuy has no free camera. If I have the option, I would go buy straight to Simplisafe website instead.

Got this system to monitor the downstairs of our home while we are sleeping. Service is a bit pricey and app is useless unless you pay. It does the job we need to monitor entry points and any movement leading to stairs.

Set-up was as instructed, after install, instructions should have said you would have to call office, instead of thinking you had done something wrong.

The SimpliSafe home security system works great. The system was easily installed, it took some time to download the update which allow the use of the SimpliSafe door lock. After the update the door lock was functioning as intended.

System was a little difficult to set up, bc our base station wouldn’t connect to wifi. Customer service helped tremendously and sent a new one within a couple days.

Love this thing, the customer support is great. I did not think companies were like this anymore. This is the second system I have purchased.

Very nice system. Easy to setup. Easily add more sensors. Wish the siren that is included with the system was louder. Also you need to pay extra for the camera notifications. But otherwise customer service is good and well monitored.

Bought this system to replace a 15 year old ADT system. Probably a mistake. It was cheaper, but that’s probably the only good thing I would say about it.

Upgraded my years old system with this unit. This unit does not need a landline backup connection compared to older units. Works the same. Better user experience with keypad.

Bought this system plus a few extra sensors. Very happy with my decision. Took less than an hour to set up and gives me a discount on my insurance. I will probably expand to more sensors in the coming months.

Was worried about someone breaking in when we weren’t home and even we were sleeping. Makes us feel safe and definitely worth it. No landline connects to WiFi and can move when you move houses!! Best part!

Great cost. Super fast response on monitoring. I love that I can get sensors local to modify and enhance the system. Super easy to set up and everything has worked flawless. Monitoring is less than half of what I was paying

Our house was being broken into. We purchased this to help us feel safer. It certainly does that. We set it every night and it watches everything for us. We have since added on to the system and we love it.

Had to exchange camera first thing. It had been already programmed to some other home . having to activate has been troubling .

Let's start off with this simply part, this is beautifully well designed and well achieved product. The UI here is so simple, ANYONE can set this up! The unboxing was fun; all of the product pieces were neatly packed and had each separate location and compartments. I can’t express enough that this product is very well made and incredibly loud. If you follow the directions and centrally locate the speaker piece, it will wake up everyone in the house. The installation of the mini detectors was also simply easy; take your keypad and set up the locations of the mini detectors and press the action button on the location lock and your keypad picks it up almost immediately. Don’t forget to name and save each piece and you're good to go. The possibilities are endless since there is also a fire alarm, carbon monoxide sensor, flood sensor and cameras that you can add in the future. The only drawback to this system I have is without the monitoring service you can't set up real time text alerts which is a separate monthly price of 24.99 with the included app. Also, if you already own other home systems like Google Home or Alexa, at this time they are currently not compatible. There are tons of other devices that are compatible, so this is not a deal breaker but it would help if they were. Set up time from unboxing to implementation and arming took me about 15 minutes. I was able to set up my entire home with four entries plus a motion sensor on two floors. Currently, I have the remote access device by my front door and it works just like a regular home security system. There is a home, away button that I press if I am in the house or leaving. There is also setup so that each individual in the household can have their own passwords when entering the house. All in all, this is a great start up system to have and I can’t wait to get more products to sync. Would I buy or recommend this product to friends and family???? Absolutely!!!!!

It literally takes a little over an hour to install the entire system. Directions were clear and all parts were present. So far it works like a charm and I plan to interface the alarm with the police department.

Works ok and was easy to set up.i think I had it all set to go in half an hr. The one thing I don’t like is the light at night lights up the house lol
