The doorbell drops the internet connection

This is why my rating is only 3 stars. The camera continuously drops the internet connection, so if there is movement or an intruder, you are unable to view and there will be no recording. I have excellent wi-fi range and have the Internet connection: 2.4g. I would not recommend the doorbell camera.

The buying experience in the store was Just OK.. the one I purchased was a little "ugly". The package was damaged and I had to examine the contents before purchase. Every thing seemed to be in order, but was nervous that the product may've been damaged or defective once I got home and began install. I would've chose another package, but that was the only one in stock.
