Multiple, I mean multiple calls to simplisafe, many hours and cams/doorbell replacements. Doorbells are the worst track record, from genesis of install to today replaced 5x! Signals great but hot a booster in case....not my internet issue, its on their end. Constant drops. As a result, NOT reliable. Would NOT recommend for home security as a result. Terrible customer service, taking 3 hours to resolve any simple issue, going through multiple "supervisors" to escalate, before ANYTHING is done. Covid 19 here, i get tge employment retention may be hard, however, its a security system, not my issue. As a consumer, its simpky not my issue. Buying a product, tgats advertised an easy "simple" SECURITY product, I cant trust reliability, product CS, deplorable.

Easy To Install But Has Problems

Discovered motion detectors would not stick to wall so used provided screws to make sure they did not fall off in the middle of the night. Also, had two problems. After working properly for months, additional items were listed as being monitored. Kept getting verbal message so I checked the menu and found 3 entry sensors somehow were listed but they were not actually installed. Removed them from the program and stopped getting the notice. Then after 6 months the Keypad goes through batteries in less than a month. Too expensive to install new batteries every month. Time to junk this system and get something more reliable.

EASY SELF INSTALL SYSTEM
