We had a couple of incidents with a false alarm (completely our fault) and they were quick to respond and call out the police. I would highly recommend this system to watch over your home or business. It's perfect for my use since I can turn it off when we aren't renovating any houses.

I purchased a newer model

My original SimpliSafe works great and I intend to move it to another property I own. I simply wanted a newer model that has more features. Some of the accessories from my original model are compatible with the new one. I hope to get even more comprehensive use from my upgraded unit.

SimpliSafe

Would like to have outdoor camera or at least the weatherizing jacket available in stores. Need footage info for camera to base unit outside. Overall, very happy with the monitoring service as well.

A video doorbell is also in the thinking stage. At this time I would have to build something to get a better view of my entrance way. My current PB is at a right angle to the entrance way

EZ set up

Testing out w/ Simplisafe was easy and automatic. Full monitoring for $25.00, lot better than the pros and I got everything they offer for a third of the price in equipment including some extras. Would recommend this system especially if you can get it for under $300.00 w/ the doorbell thrown in.
