Again, the sales person, William, was great! He had all the answers and was eager to help us with our purchase. It's always great to have someone who knows what they're talking about.

Easy setup and a good diy system

I think this is a good introduction to the simplisafe brand. I bought the doorbell camera and will buy the door locks (whenever they are in stock). The app is great and straight forward.

Funny how they can give you a better deal when you tell them you are leaving. Installing this system and getting it working with Simplisafe Monitoring, was easier than putting up with ADT installers who had to make several trips to get their system working.

Great Quality For the Price !!!!

Plus, you can get a discount on your Home Owners Insurance!!!!!!! I had price quotes from other Home Security Companies, Prices were a lot more, I think I made the right decision !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great Addition to the Other Products

This package was a great addition. SimpliSafe helped us cover more areas in our home with added security measures. Nice package if you want to build more to your current system.

The only problem I have with it is I lost some log data that I got with previous security systems (such as this does not log the date/time every time someone opens a door).

( life happens) Many handy features. I like the versatility get as many door and window sensors as you need, I may buy one myself if I move again.
