Great price on a versatile system with easy set up.

The system set was easy to set up and seems to work fine - though it doesn’t have near the functionality of the ADT system I replaced. The packaging was bad though - none of them were sealed - and Best Buy didn’t seem the least bit interested is assuring me it was a new system and not a return.

I really wanted the system only because of the digital door lock that I got. Which unfortunately I purchased and didn’t realize I had to have a base in order for it to work. However I still can’t lock the door through my app or through Alexa it just doesn’t work right. The center is constantly fall off so they’re really not sticky enough so I’ll have to find something to make them actually stick. Because of that I hardly turn the system on because I have so manyEntry points that aren’t properly working. Very very easy to install. And I’m not very handy.

Easy to set up easy to use but a little cheap. The door sensors have sticky pads that stop working and it’s extremely inconvenient. I like the brand and the service, but the quality could use and upgrade.

Was hooked into a 5 year contract with one of the big box home security companies paying close to $70 a month!!! Purchased the simplisafe and only pay $24.99/month. Does the EXACT same thing and we love the camera and app feature. Will never go back to throwing my money away and we feel very safe.

The motion sensor was not too good. It didn’t recognize my motion immediately. I had to walk pass it twice. Overall it was easy to use

This is so much better than getting a security company to come out and install a system. Very good for people living in apartment buildings because of the wireless set up.

the alarm works but the sensors do not stay up well- they fell a few times and the alarm went off. We did not realize the sensors had fallen until we came back from out of town. The police arrived and left a police report.

Over the last 5 years or so this is my 5th system purchased where 4 of them were given as gifts. Very reliable system and company. They are very helpful when needed and always stand behind the product.

SimpliSafe is the perfect name for this alarm system. They thought of everything to make it easy to set, to test and get it up and running. Very affordable and great looking. Glad with my decision.

I bought this for my daughter as a Christmas gift. She recently was divorced and her young daughter was afraid someone might break into their house since Daddy wasn't there anymore to protect them. It has helped to calm her and make her feel safe again in her own home.

Have to have text come back out because the system was not working like it should had to send some parts to put in system to upgrade not your agent he did well its on safelite side the system working just not getting signal to them good

Great system EXCEPT for the motion sensors. After multiple false alarms, and police at the house, we finally removed both motion sensors. We jumped thru all the hoops that tech support recommended and still false alarms. False alarms are not a good thing when your spouse is home alone. We put entry sensors on all doors and windows to replace the motion sensors. NOW it is a good, properly functioning, system

so far it works as stated and expected. We had an alarm and were called immediately, the motion dectectors seem a little sensitive we have a small 12 lb dog who set off the sensor every day had to remove it. Overall seems to be a good value however.

This is a very good system. We evaluated it to replace our ADT system when the contract expired. Ultimately we went with a different product because we wanted to integrate our zigbee and zwave devices.
