Bought it but didn't keep it. It was too much for my small apartment. Too many unused sensors. But it would be great if I had an actual house.

Paid 190 for the system and haven’t had a singular issue. The safety factor is worth every cent in my opinion, esp with all the craziness in the world

Does exactly what it says it will do. Provides great security with or without a WiFi connection. I originally used it without Wifi to assess the features. It was exactly what i was looking for and Wifi optional (not wifi dependent) alarm system.

We’ve had the first gen for about 5 years and loved it. Finally settled and got this newer one and we don’t regret it. It’s sleek and stylish, and is finally compatible with other devices like Google and Alexa.

My first home security system and it’s worth every penny. Got 8 additional sensors, 2 motion sensors and plan on getting 3 sirens to complete my system.

I have had this product for about a mo th now and I really enjoy it. It has many great features such as a duress pin. This pin is used if someone forces you to disarm your home, it will alert the authorities.

This is a great product but it cost more for the monitoring service than the ring security system. The price is comparable for the product but the monitoring service is cheaper for ring.

I love this security system. I had a problem with a factory issue but repaced it with no problem. But over all a good security system. Now i just need to add cameras.

This system was very easy to setup. Programming was straightforward. I only wish the alarm was louder. Motion sensors work every time I forget to disarm the system.

Clunky but works. The sticking stuff blows, so plan to get extra two face foam tape. Sets up fast but older unit components don’t connect, so you have to buy all new bits.

This is a good and necesary product. What convince me to buy the product is that there are no long contracts, and I can instal it myself. I wish it had came with more door sensors.

The only flaw of the product is the sticker in each sensor...they don’t last sticking to the wall/door or window and keeps falling. Very poor quality sticking tape is being used, so frustrating!

The system was perfect for what I needed it for. The only downside was I needed a system update, which required me to call customer service and have ther update sent to me.

I was already on board with the Simplisafe Classic version and had been for a few years. The new version had newer technology which allows access from smart home devices, such as Alexa.

I did not want to pay the payment plan so I returned it. I read the reviews and saw this is a great setup if you don't mind paying fees.

I've been thinking about buying a simplisafe system for a while now. I really like the updated version. Looking forward to adding the smoke detectors and a few more entry sensors.

This is a good system we have used for several year this purchase was to upgrade our older SimpliSafe system. Was very easy to set-up and their customer service is extremely helpful.

Amazing product. The customer service with SimpliSafe is absolutely stunning they really care about you and it’s a stunning system over all.

Great system. I did have a problem with one sensor and Simipilsafe took care of it right away.
