    Less than an hour to unbox and setup. Simplisafe app is easy to use and reliable. Customer service super responsive and called me after a week to check-in on the product.

    already worth the money. As our house caught on fire and by hitting the panic button the fire department showed up quicker and had minimum damage

    Prior to simplisafe we had Comcast security. Simplisafe does the same and for a lot less money. Would highly recommend this system

    The only thing that can be improved upon is the audio. It does not seem to be loud enough unless you are very close to the main unit.

    It’s not the best system. It shows sensors are open when they are closed and secure, which gets annoying when arming away. To my knowledge these can’t be cleared through the app you have to clear it from the keypad. To get google home integration you need the highest level of monitoring.
