This product began to indicate low battery with a few days of using it. I called to ask about it and after being on hold a very long time, I was connected to a SimpliSafe rep who said that sometimes the alarm systems bought in the store may be refurbished (which was not indicated anywhere because I would not have purchased it if that were the case). That was it. I asked why wasn’t it indicated and how I could get a new set of devices (because I paid the same or even more than what it would be directly from them) so she recommended I take down the devices, take them back to the store and then call them to get a new system so what happens in the meantime as I wait for them to ship the new devices. I opted to buy my own batteries which seem to have solved the problem and the system works now but if I have any more issues, I’ll opt to go with another alarm system company.

So to easy install and set up. I will add more when I have time and the need.

Does well except sometimes the door sensors have to be adjusted.

This is a very good beginning system. However I had to add more pieces to be able to completely cover my home.

We love our simply safe system. Not so good with a dog thou, do more door/windows and less motions.

Great gift for new owners of my recently sold flip houses.

The kit did not contain setup instructions, I had to get in touch with SimpliSafe for set up assistance. Also, the yard sign was missing from my kit and my base station did not work and I had to get a replacement from SimpliSafe.

Great experience at the store. The associate was awesome.
