    I bought this System thinking it would be great, but it isn’t. It does not help you out. The Base says it is not compatible and it doesn’t talk to each other. You need to contact SimpliSafe when a customer purchases your product so they can try and get it to match up. I set the alarm and within 30 Seconds to 1 minute the alarm says there is a Burglary in progress. It could be you have an old system. You need to contact SimpliSafe and speak to them. You need to check out you stock. You need to do this with all you security systems and other devices. I will be returning it for a full refund!
