Remove the device form original account in Camera Setting or contact support for further assistance", I do not have assoicated the camera with other account.

Disappointed returned and bought another brand that set up easily and works fine but not part of the security system I already have

Don’t waste your money

Signed up for the monthly service. That’s supposed to text me immediately when somebody enters. It’s a crapshoot if simplysafe, actually alerts you or not. It’s 50-50 at best! and there is nothing wrong with the Wi-Fi or cell service. It’s simply safe that does not work.

Since you mention that you have good WiFi (which is what the cameras use to communicate), it sounds like the issue could possibly be with the built-in motion sensor.
