But it was extremely easy to install and set up and works perfectly with the system. Very glad we purchased it.

My requirement to not to remove my old key lock and add on with key in pad and wireless unlock. All got combined here. Make sure u have SimpliSafe for this to work.

You can have it lock when you set the alarm, and when you enter code to unlock it will automatically turn off the alarm love it.

Will not work without the purchase of a base

It was easy to install and I think I would of liked it but I did not want to have to go through a base to operate the lock.

It occasionally will not communicate with the keypad, not disarm the system, and have to type in the code on the main keypad. I randomly get a “smart lock not responding” voice error from the base station. Minor issues but overall really like it locks.
