Super easy to install! I own 3 of these, they work seamlessly with the SimpliSafe security system. 4 out of 5 stars because I don’t love that the code for the door is the same as for the alarm system. Seems like a weaker security than some of the other locks out there, meaning that anyone who gets the door code can then also disable the alarm.

This lock was easy to install and has worked well. I like that it preserves the keyed lock on the outside of the door, allowing me to still use a key if I want to. Only the keypad is visible on the outside of the door.

The smart lock is fantastic and easy to install. My only issue is that it will ovcasionally not allow you to open the door manually. When you go to pen it will jam, to overcome this you have to turn it all the way locked again and then open. Other that this small issue it works seamlessly with google and the SimpliSafe app.

I like this lock because you can’t tell from outside that there’s a smart lock. It uses the existing outside portion of the deadbolt. The only thing that says smart lock is the keypad but you can put it anywhere you want. Hide it inside the door frame if you like. It looks great and is holding up well. It’s strong enough to open and close in even a lock that is tough to turn. The only complaint is that it’s fairly loud.

I should preface this review by staying that this smart lock requires the base station to function. This does not, however, require any monitoring plan through simplisafe. The features are severely limited without one, but it will continue to function as a keypad lock without a subscription. The interactive monitoring plan allow app control of the lock. Now with that being said, this lock is fantastic. Very easy to install (it took me about 20 minutes with first lock and 15 on second) and let's you use your existing key. The only con is that it's not the quietest lock. I guess that's a good thing as you can clearly identify when it's being locked or unlocked. Overall, a great product that's incredibly ready to use.

This door lock gives me & my family a piece of mind when we leave the house. We’re always leaving that door unlocked by mistake but now with this door lock those days are over. Plus it works flawlessly.

This is very convenient. It was extremely easy to install. However, Simplisafe needs to make some updates to the device. Sometimes, it does not respond. Unfortunately, it does make it a little inconvenient. I do like the convenience of not having to use my key to get in the door (usually my hands are full) or my phone to disarm the system as I come in.

You don't have to always carry a key as you can enter your PIN and access your house. Works smartly as it can be configured to auto-shut off after a given time. Installation is straight forward as it has attachments to fit most common door mechanisms. Just one thing to note and not remove existing door installations completely as some parts may be useful (especially a plate to install upon)

It was an easy setup. Works as advertised. I would suggest upgrading to an integrated key pad that doesn't use adhesive tape to affix to the door though. Kinda cheesy!

We replaced our august smart lock with this one to go with our security system. It works great! Very responsive, doesn’t jam, I don’t have to constantly replace the batteries either. For the cost it is 100% worth it.

I have all kinds of trouble with SimpliSafe. I installed it and it worked fine. I closed the house for the season and moved 1300 miles away and now it’s not working. SimpliSafe is a great concept when it’s working. This is at least the 3rd SimpliSafe door lock I’ve had.

Easy to use, looks great. Having the freedom not to carry keys is great; huge huge plus is not using another service for the lock like Simplisafe who requires a monthly fee.

We had the old Simplisafe system but didn’t realize we had to update to the new system for this to work. Once we got the new system set up, this works perfectly. I just wish it worked like an entry sensor and would set off the alarm if opened when armed. Now we need another sensor for this door.

Very easy to follow instructions and install. There were no issues with doing it myself. Love the design and ease.

This was easy to I stall and looked very nice! I had to return it because I did not know that you needed an entire system with a monthly subscription. Very expensive for something you need to keep paying for

This product was simple and easy to install, no tool major tools needed. By far one of the easiest installation i’ve ever done. There’s a downside to know SimpliSafe user, that they need to pay for the service ( that’s know ) i own a SimpliSafe system so I don’t need to pay extra service door lock - therefore Amazing Product
