Great quality video but I haven't figured out how to adjust the range. I previously owned a ring video doorbell and it was very easy to use and with time I hope to have the same success with the Simplisafe doorbell.

Always wanted to have a camera on my front door and this one is great, Simple to install and works great.

The doorbell camera was easy to install on the exterior doorframe and easy to connect with the system. We had no WiFi connection issues for the first two weeks, and then began the trouble. Atleast once a day we began having WiFi connectivity issues, which was thought to be caused by interference from the exterior brick wall. Although the connection issues have been a complete pain, once I contacted the company (SimpliSafe) they immediately sent out a bridge to boost the WiFi signal. Although I have not yet received the bridge, as it was sent 2-days ago, my contact with the company was very positive. Their customer service rep was very helpful, polite and eager to help resolve the issue.

Easy installation, good quality video, glad to have it helping to keep my home safe.

This is the one. Its a pain that you need a separate low-voltage power supply or circuit, but once you have that it works really well with the app, even with a so-so wifi connection. Would recommend

The simplisafe door bell was easy to install and works great. They have a number of different options in the box for colors and mounting styles. At $200 it is a little pricey

The installation was easy, except I needed to call for an added piece. The troubleshooting guide listed a known issue, but by default that equipment isn’t included (pressing the doorbell resulted in a “ding” not a “ding-dong”). That piece was easy to add in, but extra time to call/pay for shipping isn’t ideal.

I really like this doorbell. It is definitely more sensitive on sunny days (triggers for many cars driving by), but on cloudy days may or may not record deliveries if set to medium. Overall, I really like it and it was very easy to set up.

With the motion sensor feature, this doorbell has allowed my family to become more aware of activity at our doorstep and in front of our home. However, there have been false alerts at times, which can be annoying after awhile.

Works great but having issue speaking into it.. any movement it goes off even if a spider is walking on it, sounds is decent
