This system has worked out great. No issues. Ive used Ring in the past, so this was a similar setup. I this Simplisafe is actually easier. Battery last longer than my ring. Good video. NO system is perfect as this price point. Good for what it is.

Good Item, with easy install. Slimmer than most of the ring bells, but it appeared to be a bit more "fish eye" than other models I looks at and tried.

Provides wide view and zoom capabilities. Easy installation and setup. Live action camera but no video recordings unless you subscribe to higher tier monthly security plan.

Easy setup, great picture, I can hear the visitors pretty good, but they can't hear me at all. Looked online for troubleshooting....did that, still won't work. Disconnected the doorbell camera and put it back on again,,,still only one way sound. Could not reach customer service for a week at different times of the day....kept on hold an average of 11 minutes, then the line would suddenly disconnect-- each and every time. Perhaps the COVID-19 shutdown?? Read online that RING also has the same problem.

Nice for safety. Camera constantly disconnects from wifi. Would give 5 stars if not for wifi issues

Door bell video is great for viewing who is at the door. We live in a 2nd story apartment and running down the stairs is getting old to see who or what is at the door. Bummer for this product is the storage is 10/mo. NOT worth it for us.

The door bell was easy to install. 1.)Shutoff off circuit breaker fo the door bell. 2.) Removed old door bell. 3.) Attached the Simplisafe door bell. Used one of the old holes and drilled another. Attached electrical wires. And then attached doorbell. 4.) Turned power back on. 5) Connected the door bell to Simplisafe security system. 6.) Finished

Easy to install and monitor yourself. Just follow the directions and download the program to your phone and/or your computer.

This was a great purchase to add to my security system, it work wonderful and doesn’t sound off on non events like Ring Doorbell does, I do recommend getting it professionally installed so that it works as intended with the rest of the system.

If you have a SimpliSafe account, it’s worth adding this on. It has some issues with connectivity occasionally, but serves its purpose overall.

Love this product. Feel so safe using it. So happy I switched to SimpliSafe. Feel very safe knowing I am using this product. I will always be happy to tell others about this product

Pick this up on close out sale and it has been a great buy. Connection to my SimpliSafe system was easy. Has a fast reaction time when it detects motion, camera picture is very clear. Can read a license plate across the street. I do have it hooked up with the hard wire connection this does make the difference.

maybe i am not clever enough, but it took a friend to help me figure out how to wire it. otherwise, works great, and i can scare people by talking to them.

I have set this camera doorbell with my SimpliSafe installation of home security system and it works great. Quality of the camera is awesome and I love the fact that it can differentiate between human movement and any other movement, so you are not constantly getting notifications.

Aside from the volume being low on the microphone, this item is a gem. The setup was beyond easy, and it was pretty much plug and play after that. Highly recommended.

This doorbell is legit! Picture is awesome and being able to screen people at our door has proven very helpful in warding away unwanted solicitors! SimpliSafe is so much more affordable than all other Security companies and the security that they provide is top notch! Customer service is awesome!

We have the SimpliSafe security system, so when we wanted to add a video doorbell this was an obvious choice as there's no additional cost if you're already paying for security monitoring. It was easy to install, and works well- no complaints here! We liked it so much we recommended it to my Mom!

Love SimpliSafe and their easy to install and use security system. Made the switch to SimpliSafe from Comcast and saved a ton. It was easy to install the video doorbell and it works great. Clear picture, notifications when it picks up movement and the ability to have 2 way dialogue is a cherry on top.

Easy set up just make sure to turn the electricity off. Took about 20 minutes.
