Good camera for doorbell. Picture is sharp and has a wide view angle. Have to subscribe to SimpliSafe monitoring for camera to record.

Good product, easy to use app and was very easy to install.

Great doorbell. Looks good. However paying for storage just to view recordings is terrible. At the very least, allow for 24 hours of free recording. Lastly, set up was a breeze but doesn't work well with certain digital chimes. You get single Ding instead of Ding Dong. When y8u eventually get a free controller from SimpliSafe (which was great service and free product and shipping) you connect but it's not consistent. Great image, wide view! It doesn’t say it anywhere but I’m pretty sure this can run off of battery as well which makes it a huge plus for me even though I had to run new wire to hard wire it. Great investment.

Doorbell camera works well good quality video and great detection live view works well also

I really am very happy with my SimpliSafe system as a whole. This is the 2nd video doorbell I have installed. It is very easy to install. I would recommend it as a first add or an addition.

This Simplisafe Pro Video Doorbell works great. Very easy to install and set up. Provides a good picture view.

Great video doorbell that enhanced my SimpliSafe security system. Now I can see who is at the door and talk to them without opening the door, they don't know I may not actually be home. This is great for monitoring package deliveries too.

We love that with any motion detected in our front yard we are instantly notified via phone. It has a wide camera range as well and can see our whole yard and then some!

The camera/doorbell was easy to install and has worked perfectly. I bought my simpli safe system several months ago and added the camera/doorbell when it went on sale. It lets me know when someone is at the door, but doesn't send an alert every time a leaf falls.

I have a simplisafe alarm system so decided to combine the door cam with it. It needs power but i figured it out, just a bit of a delay when speaking to people but it works. Love that it chimes the basestation and alerts you via push notification von the cell phone app.

This was added quite quickly and even though we ended up needing a WiFi extender because of connection issues, it has been great having this doorbell camera as part of our SimpliSafe system. Love the choice of three faceplates it comes with!

Easy to setup and use. App works flawlessly, I wish it came with an angled plate to give you options of viewing angles but besides that its perfect!

This replaced our Ring Doorbell camera, as it never worked properly. I have not had an issue with this camera. Notifications are prompt and the video feed is pulled up very quickly on my phone. Setup was a breeze and the design is simple and modern.

1.5 years in and the doorbell is working essentially exactly as I had hoped. The street my house faces has fairly significant vehicle traffic and after the first few months, almost all false-positive alerts stopped. Sometimes the motion recognition fails if someone approaches the house from a side angle. Overall a great compliment to my larger SS system and getting notifications on my Apple Watch when someone rings the bell is so nice to have.

Setting up was interesting. You really need to follow the directions regardless of how silly it sounds. It doesn't make any sense to me why the directions say to do what it says, but it works somehow. Pretend you don't know anything and follow the instructions and you'll be fine.

Definitely an easier setup than I expected. I love knowing who is at my door without having to open it. Makes me feel safer.
