It works decent. Probably more of a problem on my internet speed and quality side. Had to degrade picture video quality to it to work most of the time. At times it will disconnect from the wifi. Again, I think it is on my end. Easy to set up.

This was a very easy doorbell to install. I also like the custom faceplates you can affix for a different look. The camera is about a 180 degree viewing angle and I have found this to be a fantastic product so far!

Very quick setup and pairing with my existing system in the SimpliSafe app! You can adjust the motion sensitivity so you don't pickup cars traveling down the street and if you have monitoring with SimpliSafe no additional charge if you already have cameras.

Great camera, decent field of vision, I recommend setting the camera on the lowest setting, if you get excessive notices/ alarms. Don't mount near an outside flag like some people have near their front door or porches. Night vision works good also.

Sensor area seems limited. Doorbell works fine. Adjusting viewing area did not help. Picks up cars on street, but for someone walking up to the front door it has somewhat tunnel vision.

Easy set up, excellent functionality. Have never had one issue with doorbell or accessing camera from the app.

Works well. Had an issue getting the listen and speak working but it cleared up. Now I have a fully integrated system.

The quality is good and the install was not bad at all. I would like to point out some of the things I was looking for while researching this: - Does pickup cars (false positives): Yes - Can trigger alarm from bell or phone: No - Shows in SimpliSafe app: Yes Overall, it is a good tool and serves its purpose.

Setup was a little tricky as I had to install a small resistor at the chime box to get the doorbell to make the ding & dong sound, without the resistor it would just ding. Other then this we like the fast alerts and video quality

We have this doorbell at our front door. It works great. It was very easy for my husband to install himself. We like to be able to monitor our yard and front porch from our phone app. Well done Simply Safe!

I took advantage of a great Best Buy promotion and got this camera free with the purchase of a Simplisafe Shield package. Installation was very simple. The unit works great and integrates beautifully with the rest of the system and the App.

If you have stucco look elsewhere. I've had constant connection problems since getting this. The delay from the doorbell ring, to phone notification is very long. 30 ~ 60 seconds. I talked to customer service, they blame my ISP. My ISP says its the device.

The doorbell camera works as advertised. The video is very good and I don't seem to have any false activations.

this device was easy to install and set-up. it gives me a feeling of security knowing that there could be someone at the door, and tells me if the person is someone i know or he/she is making a delivery.
