The camera quality is great. The sensor is very sensitive for anything straight ahead, even on the low setting.

Great way to see who’s at your front door! You can talk to someone as well if you’re out of town. And it’s helpful to have video and pictures of anyone coming to your front door.

This item is easy to install and performs pretty much as advertised. It does not do well in dim light however.

I love that it works so well during the day and night. The night time is very sensitive though.

Fairly Easy to install, worked with no issues. For my particular need I did have to find a 30 degree wedge on ebay to make it view the walkway correctly.

I bought this and was super excited. Setup was easy and it looked great. Comes with additional pieces to get the right angle. I turned it on and the bell replayed over and over. I called simplesafe, which has excellent customer service, and they informed me that it does that on digital doorbells and only works with analog. Had to return and was super sad.

Simpli safe is the easiest to install and hook up and customer service is excellent. The camera quality is really good night or day. I get notified if anyone rings my doorbell and I can talk to them.

so far this doorbell is much more reliable than the ring i bought first. it connects every time, catches most motion and has good resolution (both day and night cameras)

Has a nice picture, our only issue is with our slow internet

Easy to install and connect to our existing SimipliSafe system. I enjoyed the several different color option face plates to switch out with the seasons or moving/painting the house.

Very easy to install and set up ... love the app The only downfall is that the motion zones does not work at night so every car that drives by I get notifications. I heard that an update will be fixing that

We had been using another brand’s doorbell camera, but decided to finally switch to this one that integrates with our security system. Install was easy other than having to call SimpliSafe and order a horizontal angle wedge and wait for it to arrive since our doorbell is on the wall perpendicular to our front door. Not sure why they don’t just include it along with the vertical wedge. I was afraid it wouldn’t be enough to catch people approaching, but the camera has a nice wide angle and it’s perfect. We had no problems at all setting it up, and it’s working great so far.

The doorbell is the first item we have installed for our home security wireless system. It works very well for us; we have it set to alert two cell phones whenever there is activity at the front door. We placed it on an angle to get the maximum benefit of range of view, It gives us a sense of security that we do not have to open the door to interact with someone who rings the bell unless we want to. We have practiced using the microphone and the interaction is perfect. The only thing we could suggest it to have the manufacturer have a support in the kit which allows for an angled installation. We created one with a small piece of wood but not everyone would have the resources to do this. Our Geek Squad installer complimented our adaptiveness.

SimpliSafe is a fantastic do it yourself home security system. The door bell camera works amazing. It does everything they said it would. Video quality is great.
