Will not work with Door Chime

I even had Simplisafe send me the chime connector and paid an electrician to connect all and set it up, still no luck. Electrician spent couple hours trying to figure it out and finally gave up. He told me Ring is much more user friendly. Not sure what to do...may have to pay someone else to now disconnect it and return the bell. Very frustrating.

Posted .So sorry about this. The Video Doorbell Pro does plug into your existing wired doorbell system. However, unfortunately only analog doorbell systems are supported. If you have a digital doorbell, or specifically the "NuTone" type of doorbell, the Video Doorbell Pro may not work for you.

Ok at first

It is a bit slower switching to the live door bell view when someone rings the bell but over all I am enjoying the purchase.
