This came with the alarm package as an added promotion. Has clear pictures and notifies you when there is any motion at your door.

I bought this doorbell camera instead of a different brand because we have a SimpliSafe system already. It was very easy to set up and use. The camera is very clear and works great. We get 1 or 2 false alarms a week on the medium setting and only for big delivery trucks driving by. Highly recommend especially if you already have a SimpliSafe system.

This product works as advertised. It linked to my installed simplisafe security system easily. I installed the device using a video from YouTube, pretty simple Would recommend.

Camera has good picture but has connection problems with WiFi. Have a great coverage we’ll beyond where the doorbell is installed.

Good product. But it doesn’t have any indoor display or we cannot connect it to or Amazon display or Google display. Every time someone rings we have to open the mobile app to see the camera. And the speed is very low, maybe it’s our wifi system, I’m not sure. Overall, it doesn’t the job. But if you use their security system, it’s a good addition to the system and I recommend it. Otherwise get something else.

Works like a charm! With the app, you can even communicate real-time with whoever is ringing your doorbell.

Excellent quality as expected from Simplisafe. Wish it would detect motion from about 30 feet away.

This was easy to install and set up if you have a wired doorbell already. Works great with a SimpliSafe system.

I purchased this because I have a simplisafe system and wanted video doorbell. You don’t have to have a subscription to use it, but it’s pretty useless without a subscription. You get a notification that there is activity, but nothing is recorded anywhere unless you have a subscription. Kudos to Best Buy for making the return easy at the store (I ordered online). The quality of the image was good. If you want to pay the subscription fee (or have one already), it would be a good purchase.

In my opinion, this entire system is so easy to use. Seamlessly add new components to customize your safety system.

Seems to do what the box says. It's very basic also very delayed in its response. The picture is very clear so that's a plus but most are I think. SimpliSafe really needs to upgrade the door cam.

Item is good, and works. Be careful of the cold weather. It will go offline. You will need to be patient to get it back on to work when temperature is down near freezing. Not sure why
