My only issue is that sometimes it takes too long for the video to load after I get an alert! That does no good when I have somebody at the door.

Good doorbell camera with some quirks

One, the camera has a shim to angle the doorbell up or down but not left or right so it doesn't really get a full view of our door. Second the camera sometimes loses connection to simplisafe, I have tried to talk to support but they always blame my WiFi, however I can monitor my connection from my router and know I'm not losing connection it's on their server side.
