Bought this SimpliSafe door bell 2years ago for my second home in VA and it’s has been working trouble free since.

I installed the Simplisafe video doorbell, and it operates, but the external sound is garbled. I called Best Buy and was in a 2-hour hold cue. Left message and rep called back. He told me he didn't know how to correct it, and I should contact Geek Squad (I bought a 2-year extended warranty through Geek Squad). He transferred my call to Geek Squad. After another 20-minute hold, I gave up (there is no way to contact them via e-mail). I will never buy another product from BestBuy.

The SimpliSafe Pro Video Doorbell works great with the entire system. We also have the SimpliSafe door lock which allows you to open The lock from anywhere.

Not really sure if this works or not. Purchased this because I have the Simplisafe security system. I was hoping this video doorbell would be compatible to Ring or Google Nest but it is not. You can only use this if you have a pre existing wired doorbell or you install your own wired doorbell. I do not have a wired doorbell and I’m not installing one just so I can use this product. I returned it for a full refund the next day. NOTE TO Simplisafe: THE YEAR IS 2020 AND WIRELESS IS THE PRESENT AND THE FUTURE!!!! Ring has multiple options for their video doorbell including wired, AC power or wireless battery. Also, Simplisafe only works with 2.4GHz; are you kidding me!! They can’t even upgrade to 5G, very sad and antiquated. So when Simplisafe catches up to the rest of the world I may try their product.

This doorbell is incompatible with the current doorbell installed. Have yet to figure out if there is a way to install this.

Didn’t realize that you have to have a previous doorbell hookup unlike the Ring doorbell but will still keep it for a future home purchase

I have been waiting for this doorbell for a long time. Was a bit upset that SimpliSafe didn't announce it very well, but WAY TO GO BEST BUY! PS- if you hav a buzzing noise in the audio/video feed contact SimpliSafe as there is an adapter you must install.

Easy to setup but can’t adjust ring volume when using alone.

I was missing the ring bell camera and wanted it fast. I checked the Best Buy app and not only was it less money, I could pick it up in an hour!

I had to return all my simplisafe stuff. Ring has better clarity, a much better app, and saves about $15 per month. It does work though

Setup was as expected with only a few hiccups. I eventually had to call Simplisafe support to get a connector kit as my chime had a loud humming noise and didn't ring correctly. This kit fixed the problem. However, two weeks later the camera has stopped working. I've tried to reset it multiple times. Will have to see if I can get a replacement as I'm just outside the exchange period. Overall not impressed, but hopeful to get something figured out.

I have not installed this yet, but the value in the space is really why I bought it. it also comes with faceplates the cost extra from other vendors.

The install of the item was handled professional and was completed quickly. I am happy with the product and the services provided.

I wired it to the existing doorbell with no issues. It paired up to the simplisafe alarm system with no problems. Works well with the home WiFi network.

Bought it but have not installed it yet. Love the fact it has multiple face pieces so it doesn’t have to be only white. Nice price
