Couldn't Use

This was never explained to me before I purchased it, or I never would have bought it and paid my handyman to install it for me, since I have a digital doorbell. This info should be printed on the box it comes in. I am thankful to Best Buy for accepting my return. I don't know how to rate this item.

SimpliSafe Doorbell

I can’t stop the video to take pictures. It is covered with my SimpliSafe service, witch is nice.
