Doesn't work if your doorbell ringer is digital

Poor Design - Do Not Buy

It only works if it can connect directly to the internet and it doesn't connect to the base station like other peripherals do. So if the internet goes down for any reason (power outage, internet outage by ISP, or various other reasons) it can't automatically reconnect to the internet once it comes back up. To reset it and get it back up and working you have to dismantle it from it's base attached to your door frame using a tiny screw driver and reset it from the back. Over time after after a few internet outages that tiny screw can easily become stripped making it unable to be removed and therefore unable to be reset making it just a dump doorbell like the one it replaced. So disappointed with its design and wish I had gone with another system...

Called customer support, they couldn’t figure it out. They don’t stand by their product and are not very confident when they are talking to you about their product. Had the router one inch away from the door bell and it still dropped connection while none of my other devices dropped connection.

Drops connection
