    The agent did a great job I luv best buy I would go there everytime I need work done on my car or home there sales r great and they match really gd

    Had to wait almost 30 days for an open date, then 2 days before the installation they canceled my appointment. I called and left several messages to reschedule no answer to return to my calls. So I decided to return the radio I purchased from them in that case. They stated I was out of the return window. I was only out of the return window because you guys made me wait 30 days to get it installed. I expected more from Best Buy and Geek squad...never again!

    Took longer than quoted, it was free guess you get what you pay for, 3 hours over quote. Was done correctly

    Online tech advisor quoted me the wrong service. Went to my appointment, was told it will take at least two hours to install my powered subwoofer, not 15 minutes that I was told by online advisor and it will cost around $129.95, not $19.95 that I paid for. $19.95 is only good for mounting a subwoofer only, not installation of a powered subwoofer. Called your Customer Service for a refund but was told it cannot be refunded. I ended up installing it myself and it did took more than two hours. Your in-store mobile tech was right but your online tech advisors don't know what services are included in each charges. So, I just lost $19.95.

    This is for mounting a subwoofer into an enclosure, not for installing it into your car.

    Terrible Tech Elliot wasted my time and did not know how to do the installation. What is even worse... after waiting a month to have the item installed.... i noticed that the time to return the item to the store had passed as well! What!!!! Elliot could only offer to reschedule elsewhere another Month Away.... I could not believe he had the audacity to add insult to injury of waiting all this time. I simply needed this install as a way to have something to look forward to while to and from work during this horid covid season. A bit of a stress release you know. Do not schedule your installation there. Not worth your time.

    Geek Squad installed my Component Speaker poorly!

    I am happy with the bazooka sub so far. The only thing I don't like is the wire harness was cut to short so that it shows when the rear door is open. The wire should run back behind the rear seat so that it cant be seen.

    Was happy to be told they could install my kicker subwoofer but not so fast. They sold me installation and scheduled my appointment. when I showed the tech said they didn't do it in this store. I had to drive 2 hours to another location. They did refund installation and I had it installed at a local stereo store but they should not have scheduled it and waisted hours of my time if they did not install.

    The person who installed my sub was 20 minutes late for the appointment, took 5 hours for a 3 hour appointment. Told me that the amp I had was only 100 watts so I needed a new one (which was a LIE, it says right on the amp it's a 350 watt amp, which is MORE than enough!) total cost was almost $600 when I was quoted under $200 on the phone. If I need anything else, I will be going elsewhere in the future, because I was so disgusted by the service I received there, and because it cost THREE times as much as competitors for the same thing...I am probably never shopping for anything at best buy again.

    The installer showed up late, kept me waiting while she conversed with fellow employee. Told service manager "We tested his amplifier when he got here" But... installed 4 speakers, AND then the subwoofer. THEN I was told "It was PROBABLY pre-existing"

    Description of your product needs to be worded way different. Amp is already hooked up inside a loaded box and no mounting needed done. Literally need to splice the hi res to speaker wire and that's it. $200!?!! Yeah okay good one...

    It’s been a complete ordeal dealing with this install. Almost 6 months has gone by and my radio and speakers still do not work on a consistent basis. I have had to make multiple trips to get the same issue “resolved “ and it still remains a problem. Completely underwhelmed with this service.

    Never happened! There isn’t an installer at the store anymore. I would have to drive over 100 miles to get it installed.
