antenna does not sync up with base unit. quality continues to get worse as the years go by. That is the third unit I purchased and they are all the same

Having to purchase a whole kit when only the wire continues to be the problem is very aggravating. If my husband didn't like satellite radio I would cancel it.

Would not recommend this to anyone poorly manufactured antenna connection on dock is not very good

Perfect for the cup holder and he loves it. He will most likely buy another when this gets too beat up

Didn't work right out of the box. Start up screen came on but that's it. Could not turn off unit by the power button. Something very wrong with this item. First time I ever had anything wrong with a Sirius product.

We had to return this product. It did not work with our model, although the Gentelman that helped me said that it would. There was not one available that could fit it.

We bought this needing to replace the base due to the one we had was cutting out alot. We bought this one and it's doing same thing. We ended up just buying new radio, for the cost of this kit, we should have just bought new one.

Way too much involved to install it. Returned it almost immediately after I opened the box anscsaw the pieces (did not open the plastic bag inside).

I am not sure if it was installed poorly or not, but it stopped working after one day :-(

This is my second one for another vehicle. Since I can only be in one place at a time I don't want to be paying for more than one subscription to Sirius. I have the docking receiver in my shop which allows me to listen while I'm working. I have it in my car and currently I have a trial subscription in my truck. When that runs out I'll still be able to get Sirius with this setup. Transferring the receiver is no big deal.

Easy to install, instructions were clear and concise. It worked the first time, both times.

I ordered this figured it would be there in couple days, it took about two weeks to get to store. I actually found same thing on Amazon for less money and it was delivered in 2 days. I tried to cancel the order 2 different times but was told I couldn’t. So I picked it up and returned it for a refund

I was looking for a setup for my motorhome while driving. This way I can just pull the radio from the car and plug into the moho, then return it to the car when ready to drive the car.

My visit and the help of the representatives was absolutely wonderful. There was a problem with the delivery deadline. The address was listed wrong, and the delivery date was postponed 2 times. I spoke with the dispatcher, and he advised me about delay. The address was written wrong.

I've had a lot of issues with the Sirius products. I've had to replace the radio itself, numerous power cords, antennas, docking stations etc. Get a radio made by someone else that is SiriusXm ready because all of their stuff is absolute JUNK!
