Perfect boom box. Comes with remote. Yes the remote controls the volume. Some of the reviews say it doesn't, well they are full of it. Just idiots. Comes with 25 foot wire that is connected to the antenna.

This item served the purpose of using the Sirius radio with portable speakers/ It is great for usage on outing, picnics and just lounging in the backyard. I love these speakers.

Bought this to take SXM anywhere I may roam. Works fantastic with batteries or DC or AC. Beach, boat, yard, fishing, camping, bonfire, or in the garage and I always have my favorite music with me wherever I may roam. I have another in my work vehicle too so I dont miss a beat. Works great in the boat, as I use a 12volt DC cord in my accesory power port or 8-D size batteries. Either way its Flawless...

Have used to once. It stoped working after a couple of hours. Apparently you cannot use to in direct sunlight. The batteries overheated and leaked. Cleaned it up and it works with the ac power cord. Have not tried it woth batteries again yet. Disapointed since I bought it to use while working outdoors.

I love my SeriousXM in my car. Now I can have it in the house too. Its easy to unplug the module and bring it inside the house and plug it back into the Speaker Deck Plus my programed stations stay the same.

Had a unit in a car that got totaled and decided not to have it limited to a car . So bought the box to have everywhere. It now is used it the sewing room and sounds great and can get loud

Since my purchase of it, I have taken it on vacation, on picnics, to the ballparks and even to a friend's house. Each time I've loved the music and was happy to have brought it along with me. Wish I had bought this a year or two ago.

There is nothing like taking your music on the go with you. We have a cabin with no Wi-Fi or cell service. We bought this dock so we could have satellite radio. The sound is amazing quality. It is well worth the purchase price.

Works really well. Good sound. Cut the cord with satellite TV. Can listen to all my news programs and favorite music stations for a fraction of the cost of TV.

This has proven to be a great product over the last month. We actually get great reception on the inside wall of our living room without running the extended antenna. We definitely recommend this product.

Definitely recommend to anyone that likes portability of XM Sirius Radio. Very simple to use. Just position toward satellite and get a great selection of music, sports and/or education channels.

Love listening to Dr. Laura and all the other stations that ave on Sirius. Great for home, boat, outside and car. Keeps me entertained on long trips especially where there is poor reception.

The SD2 Sirius/XM boom box is worth every cent. The sound is phenomenal and being able to use the radio with it is great! I would recommend this to anyone who has satellite radio in their car and wants another place to hear it.

I purchased a sirius xm for my truck which was placed into my truck. But after listening to it, I wanted to also enjoy in my home. This docking station was the perfect accessory for me to enjoy both at home and on the move.

This was a great speaker. It was loud and had good sound quality. It can be difficult to get a signal inside which may limit its usefulness, unless you have a good spot by a window facing the right direction.

Had to replace an old Sirius dock with this one and this one is better than the one I had. If you are looking for a dock speaker for your Sirius radio this is it. Waited to get on sale and got at a great price.

I like using the Dock in the house, then I just pull it out & connect it to my car radio... The only thing is the batteries don't last very long, so I just plug it in to listen in the house. .
