Wasted Money

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my husband, as a Christmas present along with the SiriusXM Commander, we have a lifetime subscription with SiriusXM, when we called to activate the receiver, we were told that it was not compatible, it could not be activated, Bestbuy should have told us this! Wasted money

Can't power using D.C. In car or boat

Got one from Best Buy but it won't plug in. Talked to Best Buy a couple times but they are confused and not helpful. This really limits the usefulness of sd2 for me. Can someone help? There is no Best Buy within 800 miles of Juneau!

Nice Unit but.......
