I had heard several horror stories with installation crews. Normally I always do my own but as fragil and awkward this 85” TV I decided to let them be liable. Very impressed. Great attitude and great work

Love my new french door fridge. We didn't have a wide space to work with, and this slim line fridge fit the bill. Enjoying the features like different ice options and the nice pull out shelve.

They are great and lot of patience with me being communicated with me cuz I’m deaf.

Bobby and his helper went the extra mile to see if they could feed an HD wire behind a stone fireplace without having to do any demo! They were able to and it resulted in a new TV, sound bar, speakers.

1. Communication was not great. (a) There were multiple issues with my room, but I only took away that I needed to run hdmi cable. There was also the issue of projector placement. (b) I told them that I already had a mount for the TV being moved out of the room adding home theater. The mount hardware still showed up on my proposal. I asked for it to be removed, (text, email, call) but it never was. Then I got the email that said my proposal was expiring, no change to the proposal to remove the hardware ($$$) that I didn't need. 2. Focus on the important.. I had THREE total visits. On the VERY first one, I asked about the proper distance between the screen and the mounting spot for the projector. No response. I went ahead and bought the projector I had picked out because it went on sale. After ONE conversation with another company, I found a web site to verify the projector was not suitable. I returned it, and had to incur the restocking fee.

They looked at our situation and made suggestions to improve our wifi. Did take a while to get the quote after the inspection.
