The appointment was canceled without any follow-up. The caller never clearly identified himself and told me the conversation would be recorded. I hung up, which I later learned automatically canceled the appointment. I now have to wait another week for the technician to come. I can't imagine why the caller never just said he was calling from Geek Squad at Best Buy to confirm my appointment before ever talking about recording anything. Most consumers are cautious about these types of phone calls. I like Geek Squad, but there needs to be better phone training.

Fixed timing problem with Harmony remote for home theater with Sony Projector Pioneer receiver and Directv. Directv was not enabling 4k.

He came in gave me the same analysis I told him about not being able to mount my TV. I was told in the store that the Person coming out would have special equipment to identify what was behind the wall. He did not. Plus, unhook my TV and left without it operating. He said it would come back on shortly. It didn’t!

Seem like to me the tech did not want to do the work. Wire needed to be ran and was trying to get to return it and get a wireless with batteries. I did not want to be charging and changing batteries all the time. I have since installed myself 4 cameras are up and running two more to go.
