    Geek Squad installed my TV and sound bar quickly and reprogrammed my universal remote. They were prompt and cordial.

    Problematic VSX-LX305 Pioneer AV receiver.

    My new home theater was being replaced and upgraded, the Geek tech saw wires tangled from previous AV installs by Geek Squad in my home and eventually, he couldn't reprogram my smart remote so I had to do it. My Pioneer VSX- LX305 keeps turning off when the volume increases past 0.0 in Dirac. I have complained prior about this issue unit protective mode cites speaker wire. All my wires are ok. Having tech come again hoping either to replace the unit or rewire to restore system without this Glitch.
