The agents installed my washer & dryer carefully and efficiently. They were very prompt, helpful and friendly. They gave me reminder calls and called when on the way. I am very pleased and will be purchasing other appliances in the near future.

The agent cleared up my intermittent online experience (loss of signal) and added a streaming line. All works well and I am very pleased.

I recently purchased a new LG 65 inch OLED TV. I wanted to have it and another 55 inch Sony TV mounted to walls in two separate rooms. The Geek Squad guys showed up as scheduled and began the process of mounting the TV. They did a great job. Everything looks great and works as expected.

The two gentlemen that came to my house have excellent customer service, they just couldn't solve my problem. In fact, my problem was worse after they left. They proactively scheduled a follow-up appointment for me, and I really hope that whomever comes next is able to accurately diagnose and fix my problem.

I had a washer and a dryer installed, and I'm not too thrilled with the job. The biggest issue I have is one of the washer's feet is sitting directly on the drain, not on the floor, and the drain has much less integrity than the concrete floor right next to it. I'm also not thrilled with the scuff marks left all over my bathroom floor, or the amount of dirt dragged in on my carpeting. There was also garbage from packaging left behind the appliances. Finally, there was a piece of my old washer stuck under the new dryer. The guys who installed it were friendly enough, I just wish they had paid more attention to what they were doing.

Nick did a great job setting my TV up for me. He showed me how to access channels, go back and forth between the smart TV options and the cable company I currently have. He was very conscientious in setting the TV up as I requested.

The guys were great. We needed someone to tell us what we needed to hook up our computers and TV after a move (where the movers put the cords who knows where!). The consultation got us on the right track.

The Guys showed up on time, and were very friendly. I wanted a new UHD antenna installed on my Chimney, with a coax poked through the roof into the Garage area. 2nd Step was to be extending the coax into my Living room, where my TiVo needs the UHD antenna to receive broadcast channels. The guys said they couldn't do the antenna installation, and quoted me a VERY HIGH price to extend the cable, which they couldn't provide, into my Living Room. We parted friends, but no orders on this matter will be forth coming.

The agents Justin and Kevin were excellent!!!! Set up tv, took out old one. They were very nice, offered solutions. I was very thankful with their service, as I am not technically smart. I trusted their experience.

It’s funny what a Ethernet cord can do. My daughter swore my TV was broke. And I just bought it 4 years ago. Thanks to the geek squad. All I needed was a Ethernet cord. Thank you I was going to purchase a new TV and you saved me.

I've had an older HP laptop since 2010 which was out of date and not used for years. After a recent scare of losing my data on my primary desktop, I decided to use my Total Protection Plan to reinstall my Windows 7 software and store my important files and older software programs in the event I were to lose the function of my desktop. While I still maintain backups, the restore process is cumbersome and going to my older laptop seemed to be more expeditious. The order and laptop were submitted to my local Prescott store, and within a few days I had a fully functioning and tuned laptop for storage and testing purposes. The job was done professionally, and the appointment process made good use of my time. When I picked it up I was greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable agent who promptly brought out the laptop, turned it on and explained what was done according to my instructions. I was very happy with the process, the service, and the results!

Technician was very well informed and professional. He did an excellent job of un-installing a complicated mass of wiring inside of two cabinets to remove old TV's and sound bars in two separate rooms. Installed new TV's and sound bars in those two rooms and neatly tied all wires together for a very nice and clean appearing installation. He set up two TV's with two sound bars, making all the appropriate adjustments based on my preferences. He thoroughly explained the unit's operations and responded well to my questions. There was no impression of haste, so I didn't feel pressured to limit or rush my questions. Very satisfied with the experience. Well done !

I joined the geek squad club A very low cost on a yearly basis and if you’re like me and you don’t know how to work electronics very good it is so worth it they come in your home and they will set up cameras TVs computers to do just about everything and they were so good.

I'm giving this rating because the team showed up on time. The problem for me is that I didn't realize the rep who set my appointment did not update what my needs where, so the wrong team came out for the service call. I had originally requested assistance with my theater system volume controls, however, an appointment for this was weeks out and then it was canceled by your team via email/voicemail requesting that I reschedule it. I figured out what was going on with my sound system, but then started having problems with one of my printers which lead me back to BB to request an appointment for assistance from GS with my printer. The rep looked up my old order for my address and must have forgot to change out the to of service I needed. This was very disappointing because it affects my work.

The visit to our home was extremely helpful. We asked many questions and each response was carefully considered. We never felt rushed or pressured. It made the buying experience in the store extremely productive and easily accomplished in a very short period of time.

Got our new Sony 75" UHD TV, Sony Blu_Ray Player, Denon Receiver, and Logitech URC installed today. Corey and Chris did a great job! It only took about 2 hours. They wer efficient and clean. The system works great!
