    This was a error on my part from the beginning. After waiting 10 days to get a tech to come to my office, I was told I would have a quote and pre-loaded cart with items I need to purchase prior to the install. No Response for 2 weeks. Had to drive to local store to ask about my order as you no longer can call a store directly. The helpful floor manager reached out to the tech. I was contacted a week later that they could do the job with several excuses.
