    service was not complete they forgot my wall mount and my surround sound bar, the Tech agent promised he would come back and complete my service NO SHOW call customer service 4 times one lied and said they will be at my house by 5:30pm NO SHOW, customer service at Best buy is the worst i've ever experience, ever time I called the ask for a call back number and NEVER call back, 5 times this happened, im so done with BEST BUY!!!!!!!!!

    I called twice for technical assistance since I've had this plan. Neither call was helpful. The first one, I left a message for the geek tech who had provided his contact info. I never received a call back. The second time I called, the first tech I got couldn't help, he transferred me to another line. I was then transferred directly to Microsoft who was not providing assistance at this time. So, I am left to fend for myself. I am not a techie and that's why I bought this plan. I am very disappointed. I had a much better experience with previous purchases. Despite this unsatisfactory experience, I would recommend as a last resort.

    The reason for the appointment was to assess why I was getting a constant black Bravia screen on my TV. Although I requested someone very familiar with Sony Bravia TV's be sent out, the Geek Squad person sent did not appear overly familiar, performed a minimal amount of setting exploration, and had no knowledge of this issue or how to fix it. His only solution was to schedule a repair technician. I continued to experiment with settings the same day and have resolved the issue myself. So, after waiting nearly 2 weeks for the appointment, absolutely nothing was accomplished. This was my first Geek Squad experience, and likely my last!
