Geek Squad was a no show

I received a call around 12:20 informing me he could meet me in 20 minutes. I was an hour away at the time and informed him that I could not meet in 20 minutes. He said he would make some phone calls then call me back with a new time. I never heard back and when I called his number there was no answer.
