    Very professional site survey by Joe from the Geek Squad. The site survey should have been done prior to purchasing and delivering my Samsung OLED TV and sound bar. We received conflicting information from at least five different Geek Squad customer service representatives concerning what needed to be done to prep for the installation. The first attempt at installation on November 25th could not be completed due to incorrect prep information from the Geek Squad reps. We are waiting for the next installation appointment which which will now be 20 days later. It is costing me an additional $300. to have an electrician move the electrical outlet because it was installed at the wrong height for a TV mount above the fireplace. Also, I was told the installer would have HDMI cables available but he did not have any long enough for the job. Therefore, I had to order cables and reschedule the electrician. All this takes time and money. I am still waiting for the installation which is now scheduled for December 19th.
